Dear Theresa, Franka, and staff,

Its been over five years now, so I thought I should send some long overdue feedback on my experience with True Hair.

My hair began thinning and receding at quite a young age, and when I was introduced to you I had had two previous transplant sessions (elsewhere) that never quite met my expectations and didn’t give me the natural look I was seeking.

Coming to your office was quite different from the clinical environments I had experienced in the past, and the relaxed atmosphere instantly put me at ease. I met a team that was warm and friendly,  who listened to my needs (and budget) and gave me a professional and realistic assessment of what they believed they could accomplish for me.  This gave me the confidence to proceed with a mega-session to repair some of the previous work I’d had done and increased the density of hair in my scalp with a lot of new micro-grafts.

To say I was pleased with the results is an understatement!   As someone who inherited very fine hair, the amount of fullness your team achieved for me in this one session was amazing.  I feel I now have the very natural looking head of hair I’d always hoped for.

I would also like to add how much I appreciate the ongoing relationship I enjoy coming to True Hair for regular trims   I can honestly say that I feel my hair has grown in so naturally I would be comfortable  going to any salon for my cuts, but I truly believe your stylists are second to none and besides, I feel like “family” when I’m there!  So I’d just like to say a huge “thank you”.  True Hair literally changed my life!
